tea is in


after much planning, digging, sweat and smiles... the tea is finally in the ground. the picture is of the process mid stage and we will update soon with a another visual of the nice and tidy.

the plants are happy and growing... and so are we!

HI! Lovely lovely farm you have. Just curious as to what you will be doing when the temperature drops in the winter? I am under the impression that the Camellia sinensis is only frost hardy to -6 or so? I know last winter that cold snap we had dropped us down to -10 and the previous winter to -15 ( I lost all of my rosemary as a result).
